What are Ozempic and Mounjaro?

Ozempic and Mounjaro are actually prescription injections which are used to control type 2 diabetes and are also used widely used for weight loss.

They belong to GLP-1 receptor agonists(ozempic) and GLP-1 and GLP-2 dual agonists (Mounjaro).

Both these medicines mimic natural hormones in the body which help in controlling blood sugar, reduce appetite and increase the metabolism.
